SPring-8(Super Photon ring-8 GeV)訪問（兵庫県，4月26日～4月29日）

平野先生，蓮野さん，内田さん，丸橋さんが2026年4月26日から29日に大型放射光施設「SPring-8」にて高エネルギーX線回折測定を行いました。

本測定では，研究室で日常的に使用しているXRD装置と比較して，放射光を用いることでより高強度・高分解能な測定を可能とし，試料の詳細な結晶構造評価および一般的なXRD装置では検出が困難な微弱ピークやピーク幅の詳細な解析を実施しました。

Professor Hirano, Mr. Hasuno, Mr. Uchida, and Mr. Maruhashi conducted high-energy X-ray diffraction measurements at the SPring-8 synchrotron radiation facility from April 26 to 29, 2026.

In this experiment, the use of synchrotron radiation enabled higher-intensity and higher-resolution measurements compared to the XRD equipment routinely used in the laboratory. This allowed for a detailed evaluation of the sample’s crystal structure and a thorough analysis of faint peaks and peak widths that are difficult to detect with conventional XRD equipment.
